Immediate Initiatives By Pillar
Increase research capacity with additional infrastructure.
Create budgets and strategic authority for the Provost and Vice President of Research to amplify faculty hiring.
Initiate a next-level research challenge providing up to five $500,000 awards to fund transformative ideas.
Begin a multi-year effort to enhance affordability.
Assess the student experience on every campus.
Host a university-wide internal conference on experiential learning.
Assess the academic paths and the corresponding outcomes of our students.
Continue and expand the work of the Provost to assess salaries and rewards for all employees.
Assess our research and human resources processes and procedures in regard to equity and in support of business objectives.
Assess infrastructure and facilities in regard to our aspirations.
