INITIATIVE: Georgia State will form faculty-led task forces to explore and implement best practices in targeted courses aimed at improving completion rates. Modeled after the successful Math Task Force, these groups will focus on replicating positive student outcomes across various disciplines.

- Improvement in DFW rates measured at the end of the term in identified core and gateway courses.
- During the first year of implementation, decrease DFW rates by 5% in in-person, hybrid and online courses.
- During the second year of implementation, decrease DFW rates by 15% in in-person, hybrid and online courses.
- Increase success rates in core and gateway courses that have DFW rates higher than 20%.
- Improve retention rates from first year to second year 2% over three years.
