2023 Milestones

- Feedback solicited across university
Q2
- The Planning and Development Committee voted to recommend that the strategic plan be approved.
- Strategic Implementation Summit held.
Q3
- Blueprint to 2033 launched.
Q4
- Conveners, Taskforces, and Cross-cutting Teams meet to identify and refine focus areas.
2024 Milestones
Q1
- Taskforces identify and select the top five strategic initiatives.
- Top initiatives are presented to the Cross-cutting team.
- The Operations Team develops KPIs and scorecards.
Q2
- The Operations Team, Provost, and Conveners refine top strategic initiatives and KPIs.
- Cross-cutting Team scores strategic initiatives and provides feedback.
- Strategic initiatives and scores are presented to the President’s Cabinet for feedback.
Q3
- Strategic initiatives refined.
- Strategic initiatives for Phase I are finalized.
Q4
- Roll out of Phase I initiatives.
- Implementation Team Leaders are identified.
- Initial work begins on several initiatives.
2025 Milestones
Q1
- Implementation Team members identified.
- Implementation Teams provide progress reports on Phase I.
- Roll out of six university-wide metrics.
