Paving the Way for Women to Lead
Georgia State continues to expand its Signature Learning Experiences through the Women Lead program offered in the J. Mack Robinson College of Business. Women Lead empowers female students and prepares them for leadership opportunities across various sectors of the economy. Beginning in their sophomore year and following students through graduation and beyond, the program engages students through learning in the classroom, developing mentoring relationships, and organizing and leading programs on campus.
Goals 1 and 2 of the Georgia State Strategic Plan propel the university to implement innovative undergraduate learning experiences and strengthen the base of distinctive programs that assure development of future researchers and societal leaders. Women Lead does just that by creating a pipeline of leadership talent early on in the college experience with this unique approach to career development.
